Negotiations in the private sector
The senior salaried employees collective labour agreement valid until 28 February 2025.
The senior salaried employees collective labour agreement valid until 31 December 2024. Service sector employers collective agreement valid until 31 March 2025. Negotiations started at the end of November.
Collective labour agreement valid until 31 Januray 2025.
The senior salaried employees collective labour agreement valid until 31 January 2025. Negotiations on the new collective agreement will begin on 19th December 2024.
Collective labour agreement valid until 28 February 2025.
The collective agreement for senior salaried employees valid until 30 November 2024. Negotiations begun on 18th September.
The collective agreement is valid until November 30, 2024. Negotiations are ongoing between the negotiating parties (Erto, Ammattiliitto Pro, and Palvelualojen työnantajat Palta). Senior salaried employees do not have their own agreement in this sector.
If a new collective agreement is not reached by November 30, 2024, the sector will enter a so-called non-contractual period. During this period, the terms of the expired collective agreement will be followed based on the post binding effect.
The collective agreement for senior salaried employees valid until November 30, 2024. Negotiations on the new collective agreement begun on 17th September, but a solution was not reached. The negotiations will resume on December 3rd.
When the national normally binding collective agreement expires, the post binding effect begins. This means that the terms of the expired collective agreement will be followed based on the post binding effect.
The announced pressure measures in technology
The Industrial Union and the Union Pro have announced 24-hour strikes at specific companies within the industry, starting in early December. These strikes are scheduled for December 3, 4, 9, 10, 11, and 12, unless a collective bargaining agreement is reached prior to these dates.
Our members who work as senior salaried employees in these companies are not affected by the strikes and will continue their work as usual.

The negotiations for the national collective agreement in the IT service sector failed to reach a conclusion, and the agreement expired on November 30, 2024. Negotiations will resume on December 4, 2024.
As of December 1, 2024, the national collective agreement is no longer valid. The terms of employment will be followed based on the post binding effect. In practice, this means that despite the expiration of the collective agreement, the terms of the old agreement remain in effect until a new one is negotiated. However, the post binding effect does not apply to the obligation to maintain industrial peace.
Collective agreement valid until January 31, 2025.
The collective agreement is negotiated by the Union Pro and Service Sector Employers Palta. Also the members of Professionals of Business and Technology (Tradenomit) who work in this sector are covered by the agreement.
Collective agreement valid until March 31, 2026. If the negotiating parties (JUKO and Sivista) fail to reach an agreement on wage increases for 2025 by February 14, 2025, the collective agreement can be terminated to end on April 30, 2025.
