Negotiations in the private sector

The collective agreement for senior salaried employees valid until November 30, 2024. Negotiations on the new collective agreement begun on 17th September, but a solution was not reached. The negotiations will resume on December 3rd.

When the national normally binding collective agreement expires, the post binding effect begins. This means that the terms of the expired collective agreement will be followed based on the post binding effect.

The announced pressure measures in technology

The Industrial Union and the Union Pro have announced 24-hour strikes at specific companies within the industry, starting in early December. These strikes are scheduled for December 3, 4, 9, 10, 11, and 12, unless a collective bargaining agreement is reached prior to these dates.

Our members who work as senior salaried employees in these companies are not affected by the strikes and will continue their work as usual.
