Assembly of delegates

The Professionals of Business and Technology community’s highest decision-making power is exercised by the assembly of delegates, with 35 members. The assembly of delegates of the Professionals of Business and Technology is elected every three years by member elections, in which each eligible member has the right to vote and the opportunity to run as a candidate. The student representatives of the assembly of delegates are appointed by BBA Students.

What matters does the assembly of delegates decide on?

Tasks of the assembly of delegates

The most important tasks of the assembly of delegates include strengthening the strategic guidelines of the Professionals of Business and Technology, processing the annual action plans and budgets, and deciding on the amount of the membership fee. The term of office of the assembly of delegates begins when the result of the election of the assembly of delegates is confirmed and it lasts three years.

The assembly of delegates usually assembles 2-4 times a year. At the spring assembly, the assembly of delegates approves the annual report and financial statement for the previous year. At the autumn assembly, the assembly of delegates decides on the action plan and budget.

Election of the assembly of delegates

The members of the Professionals of Business and Technology elect the assembly of delegates from among themselves by an election every three years. The new assembly of delegates will be elected in autumn 2026.
