Members have access to personal legal assistance valued at 350 €/h as well as legal protection insurance coverage of up to 30,000 € with a 0–15% deductible to resolve employment disputes.

Members are entitled to up to 3 career coaching sessions per year (valued at 500 €), alongside job search sparring, online courses, and guidance to clarify professional goals.
