Personal leadership coaching with your own coach and advisory services are included in your membership, and you can utilize them 2–3 times a year. Booking an appointment is done through the 24/7 Career Portal.
You can think about and write down the things you need sparring with the most in advance. In personalleadership coaching, experienced coaches help you and the coaching is always tailored to your needs. The coaching is carried out via remote connection and always begins with a 20-minute discussion. If necessary, coaching is continued with 20–50 minute meetings.
