When the new member has paid their first membership fee you will receive an email. From the link in the email you can choose your preferred referral reward.
If you chose the membership fee reward, i.e., a discount on your future membership fees, here is more information on how it works. The more friends you get to join and list you as their referrer, the more valuable the reward you will receive.
The reward model for full members is tiered. You get a good starting bonus for your first referral, and going forward, each new member elevates you to the next reward level.
For referring a student membership, you receive a 20€ reward for a Gold or Black level member.

Additionally, there is an option to gift a 6-month membership to a graduating BBA to support the start of their career.
How can I earn rewards by recommending a membership?
You can earn rewards by recommending membership to your BBA friends and colleagues; when your friend joins and mentions you as the person who recommended them, you will get a referral reward.
What types of rewards are available for referring new members?
You can choose between a membership fee reward for a discount on future membership fees, or a SuperGiftCard which can be used at hundreds of different online stores or physical shops. Other changing gift cards are also available.

Who is eligible to recommend a Tradenomit membership?
The referrer must be a member of Tradenomit. Union staff receiving wage income from the union are not eligible for rewards, but elected officials (e.g., members of the council, board, and committees) are eligible.

The new member must name their referrer on the joining form; it cannot be added retroactively.
The person joining as a member or changing their membership type must provide the referrer’s information (name and member number/email) on the joining form at the time of joining. A referrer cannot be reported retroactively after the membership has started.
