As one of our members, you can get a discount on your membership fee in different life situations.
Unemployment, layoffs or beginning your studies, for example, change everyday life completely. During unpaid periods, you will receive a membership fee discount for the membership of the Professionals of Business and Technology.
We grant a membership fee discount of 50% to all full members who are without salary income for at least one month. If the unpaid period begins before the 15th of the month, the discount is granted in full for the month in question. If the unpaid period starts after the 15th day of the month, the discount is granted from the beginning of the following month.
If the duration of the unpaid period is not known, we always grant the discount for a period of three months, after which the discount must be applied for again. If you have already paid membership fees for the discount period, the overpayment will be refunded primarily in future membership fees.
The discount can be applied for in our online service.
The attachments required for the application are listed under each specific discount criteria. The attachment can be a scanned document, a screenshot, or a high-quality photo of the document.
