The unique legal protection benefit included in the membership includes preventive employment counselling, such as commenting on employment contracts; various kinds of advice related to the employment relationship; and coverage to compensate for the costs of any legal proceedings related to the employment relationship.
Depending on the duration of the membership, the compensation amount of the legal protection benefit increases up to EUR 30,000. This is significant, because if there are disagreements at your workplace due to outstanding salary or other disputes, for example, the legal protection of your home insurance generally doesn’t compensate for the disputes at the workplace. This means that you can insure yourself and your career with our membership.

What is the Legal Protection Benefit?

How much compensation does the Legal Protection Benefit provide?
The compensation amount is tied to your membership duration. It starts at €10,000 for members of 6 months to 1 year and increases annually to a maximum of €30,000 after 12 years of membership.
What happens in a work dispute?
You will receive step-by-step support. First, you contact the union's lawyers to assess the situation. They will then negotiate with your employer if necessary. If a settlement cannot be reached, the legal protection benefit can help you take the case to court.
What kind of issues does the service cover?
The service can assist with a variety of problems, including discrimination in employment, outstanding salary, the chaining of fixed-term contracts, or termination of employment.
