What to do
Prepare the documents in advance and go over the legal questions you want an answer to. Include background information, such as
- employer’s name
- description of the problem
- information about the employment relationship (permanent/fixed-term, duration, etc.)
- a copy of the employment contract, a copy of the payslip and information on the applicable collective agreement if the matter relates to the terms of the employment relationship
